Comment: Cong party’s scathing attack on Anna and Ramdev has left the Lokpal Bill in a coma

The Lokpal Bill that had a robust ‘birth’ following a fast to death by Anna Hazare on April 5 is today on its death bed. It had a very short life-span of just two and half months and only a miracle can revive the Bill in the original form. The UPA government on Sunday gave ample indications that the Bill will not have Anna Hazare’s stamp. The government has made it clear that the right to frame, discuss, debate and pass a bill is a parliamentary prerogative and nobody can usurp it – definitely not by a handful of 5000-6000 people (a reference to Anna Hazare’s movement) . “The Constitution has given the power to legislate only to Parliament and the state Assemblies,” Finance Minister and chairman of the joint drafting committee for the Bill Pranab Mukherjee told reporters in Kolkata on Sunday. But then one may beg the question: why was the Parliament not enforcing its right in passing a Lokpal Bill for over 40 years? To jog the government’s memory, the first Lokpal Bill was introduced by Shanti Bhushan and passed in the 4th Lok Sabha way back in 1969 and got stuck in the Rajya Sabha. The bill was re-presented in various avatars in 1971, 1977, 1985, 1989, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2005 and in 2008. All through, the forum that had the ‘right’ to pass the bill sat or slept over it. It looked like no MP wanted this bill. So, Anna’s logic is: if you (Parliament) cannot frame or pass the bill, leave it to the people. But Pranab Mukherjee has a different take. He has accused Team Anna of trying to subvert the Constitution and democracy. Mukherjee made it very loud and clear that Team Anna can give suggestions, not command or coerce the government through fasts or street-side rabble-rousing agitations. Team Anna cannot set deadlines to parliament on passing the pass the Lokpal Bill. In other words, the Parliament can take another 40 odd years to get a Bill through. Mark Mukherjee’s his words: “Nobody can give a guarantee as to how long Parliament is going to take to pass the Bill or when it will be passed. Parliament is Supreme.”

Whatever gave you that idea that proposed Lokpal draft making has come to a dead end? “khel khatam. bachha log taim to go home. dukan band, makan khulla. jao. hato. taim aut.” What kind of deluded, dilapidated world you live in? This was never a Bill, bill. It was a, let me underline for you, proposed thingy. A draft. If I know my bills and drafts, the difference is in “real,” and “Unreal,” Since when the unreal, uninitiated in negotiations, diplomacy, sudsy, not sturdy of breed and stupid in their silly demands, these five jokers, a hoity-toity, b****ons from Bangalore, Ralegan Siddhi, New Delhi and only god knows where from, became law givers? They are the ones who are breaking all laws. Thank you very much. They are the instigators, inquisitors, insurrectionists, with their speech, acts and actions tantamount to sedition. Not the duly, legally and cons****utionally elected government of India. Wake up, my friend. Smell some coffee. Nothing ever dies in India. If so, there would be a pile of dead bodies all over. What I see is lot of excreta. here, there and everywhere one decides to look. Human, animal, little critters, cats, dogs, cows, bufalloes, she buffaloes, camels, elephants, monkeys, donkeys, asses and jackasses, goats, sheep, birds, flies, mosquitoes, you name them categories and India produces goods. In fresh kind, day old kind and month, year, century kind. You don’t? Surprising. Either you are dreaming or on something that can safely be described as non prescription, over the counter, drug. To issue statements against civil panel members of LOKPAL BILL, is a pre-considered and planned strategy of Congress and the SO TERMED HONEST MANMOHAN S. It is nothing but same as the Aussies had been doing for ages in cricket. Creating nuisance and annoying Indian player before & during the match and expecting them to falter. Here the same brain teasing game is being played by the Congress GOONS (the scoundrel element). Mr Honest is wat****nd relaxing. The congress party is the party of rogues and enjoying the fruits of “no opposition political party” worth mentioning. IT IS FOR THE JUNTA ONLY TO WAKE UP AND SORT THEM OUT. If ‘JUNTA now sleeps will go down the drain sooner than later. That is for sure. CONGRESS WILL DESTROY THIS NATION AND THAT IS THE GAME LAN OF ITALIANO (THE COUNTRY OF MAFIA & DRUG LORDS).

taking lightly to anna hazare and compairing it with Ram dev (a fraud person) will prove a blunder in the history of nation and the congress. After a period of few year there will be a question in the subjet History. what is the main cause of the fall of the congress? I know the congress know this fact and for this before dying this party can go upto lowest level . Bu**** has time to ****ail the better senseS. Congress govt. must know the opos****nna’s cause has direct effect on the common people and those canot be be ignor proudly.

All the political parties work for earning and the politics is one the profit center. Who is to blame. The people and the society. They go to political person for transfer, change of position and job, come out of police case and get out of criminal activities. They pay money for school and college admission. Whether it is MBBS or engineering or MBA, people stand in queue to pay and get admission for their children and happily by-pass the merit. Any one getting by money is corrupt and the descendants will be very corrupt.

Politicians are the product of the corrupt society and so we need to fight to clean up the society. Mr.Anna Hazare should fight against the social corruption. The politicians will be dealt in the election. Please start travelling and mobilize people to fight against all types of corruption. A social revolution is required. Baba Ramdev is definitely a corrupt man. Ac****ulating assets from the tax imposed on his followers is bad and his property should be attached. We need clean persons to fight not cheats. Mobilize people against Congress, BJP and communists and start a new political system to counter these elements. Once for all these elements should be crushed.

these politicians are now showing their original color and intentions. They are corrputed and want to take undue advantage of trust of the people. If they want to indulge in corruption and doesn’t want to bring transparency then people must wake up now and throw them out of the parliament and politics. These politician are here to serve the public and not for making money. We need transparent system in which each and every one is answerable and punishable by law. WAKE UP INDIA…
